Amla for hair growth

Amla for hair growth

How does Amla help with hair growth?

Amla aka Indian Gooseberry

Amla's vitamins and minerals, as well as the phytonutrients it contains, stimulate hair growth by improving blood circulation in the scalp. The scalp's blood circulation ensures that it gets all of the nutrients and oxygen it needs to stay healthy. Furthermore, subcutaneous blood flow promotes hair development during the anagen phase, resulting in longer hair.

High Vitamin E content, making it a wonderful conditioner for hair, improving softness and shiny. Amla is abundant in tannins, phosphate, iron, and calcium, among other nutrients. Amla's tannin and calcium protect the hair from heat damage, resulting in healthier hair.

Vitamin C, as well as flavonoids and polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants, are rich in amla. Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis, which is necessary for hair growth. Vitamin C is also a fantastic scalp clarifier, removing dirt and grime layers and removing build-up. When the scalp is clean, it is easier to absorb nourishing hair products.

Amla is used in our Ayurvedic Herbal oil.
